Hugh Harold John Tilley
Hugh Harold John Tilley was born in 1916 to Edward Tom Tilley (1878-1961) and Ada Margaret Look (1880-1970). Little is known of him at the moment. It is thought he had Down's syndrome. Hugh died in 1926 at The Royal Earlswood Hospital in Redhill, Surrey, formerly known as Earlswood Asylum for Idiots and Imbeciles. The hospital closed in 1997. He is buried at Reigate Cemetery nearby.

The burial plot was bought by his father, Ted Tilley, on 31 May 1926.
