Ada Margaret [Look] Tilley
Born on 10 October 1880 to George and Anna Couzens Look (nee Corpe) of Alhampton Court, Ditcheat, Margaret married Edward Tom (Ted) Tilley in 1908. Her older sister, Edith Anna, married Arthur Herbert (Herb) Tilley in 1898. Their brother Jack, the youngest son of the Looks, who were farmers, died aged 31 on 1 September 1918 from wounds received in action at Arras the previous day, just two months short of the conclusion of World War I.
Margaret and Ted married at the Church of St Mary Magdalen in Ditcheat on 19 October 1908 with Margaret's sister Annie and Ted's brother Wilfrid as witnesses. Margaret died at Weston-super-Mare General Hospital on 15 April 1970, the cause of death, shock due to a fracture of the left femur accidentally sustained in a fall at her home.
